PRODUCT REVIEW!

Listen up, friends, you won’t want to sleep on this! I'm serious when it comes to sunscreen because, let's face it, it's the ultimate weapon in the fight against aging and keeping your skin healthy. And you know what? Body lotion is another one of those essential steps for maintaining soft, supple skin. But during the summer, I can't stand the tacky feeling of heavy greasy moisturizer mixed with sunscreen. Ugh! Increased exposure to UV light can mess up your skin barrier during these warmer months with more time outdoors leading to dryness and irritation. Well, crap! That's where Total Package shines. It's a moisturizer with SPF that actually feels like a perfectly balanced lightweight moisturizer, with zero stickiness. Thank you, skincare gods! Now, let's talk about the incredible texture of this bad boy. Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been looking for a replacement for my Aveeno Protect + Hydrate Sunscreen SPF 60 because it’s hard to find, it feels a bit gritty, it’s not terribly hydrating, and it uses a chemical sunscreen formula. So, I had high hopes for this Versed 2-in-1 product and was thrilled when I received it to test and review for the brand. This moisturizer is so lightweight that it glides effortlessly all over my body. Cupuaçu butter (the superhero ingredient, twice as hydrating as shea butter) and grapeseed oil (a powerful antioxidant) leave my skin feeling smooth without the dreaded greasiness or stickiness. Can I get a hallelujah? Great, you had me multi-tasking, but what about the SPF? Well, Total Package ticks all my boxes. It provides broad-spectrum UVA/UVB & blue light protection with the dermatologist-recommended SPF 30. Plus, it's a mineral formula with non-nano zinc oxide and titanium dioxide that act as a physical barrier against those harmful UV rays. Thankfully this means no more irritation and inflammation from using chemical filters that may or may not cause my skin to react. Oh, and let's not forget the notorious white cast that mineral sunscreens often leave behind. Total Package has a transparent finish that miraculously avoids that. Rub it in, and voila! No more ghostly, pasty appearance. Just soft, supple skin that looks hydrated, supple, and most importantly, protected. This 2- in-1 body lotion with SPF is a game-changer, friends. It combines all my skincare needs into one bottle, saving me precious time, money (it’s SO affordable), and the dread of feeling like a slippery mess all day. This affordable double-duty tube has become my ride-or-die companion over the past month, as I’ve started wearing more sundresses, tank tops, etc. Since I made the switch, my skin feels smoother and I’ve managed to avoid getting too much sun on my exposed skin, so the tone is even and healthy. Talk about a major win, my friends. Pair it with Versed Press Restart Gentle Retinol Body Lotion at night, and you can thank me later for the results you’re sure to be celebrating all summer long!
